About a film I've seen countless times and was never aware that Liam was a part of it.

In 1983, I had just finished my apprenticeship and started working in a factory on the assembly line when the film "Krull," directed by Peter Yates, was released in cinemas. At the time, I was a regular reader of the German film magazine "Cinema" and was made aware of the film in one of its issues. I went to the cinema on the very first weekend and was fascinated by the fantastic special effects. I still remember the giant crystal spider very well.

The production was extremely elaborate for its time and far ahead of its time in terms of technology. The budget was between 27 and 30 million US dollars, and filming took place on over 20 massive sets at Pinewood Studios.
 
The story takes place on the planet Krull, which is under attack by the alien species known as the Slayers and their leader, the Beast. To avert a greater threat, two former warring kingdoms unite and arrange the marriage of Prince Colwyn (played by Ken Marshall) and Princess Lyssa (played by Lynette Anthony). But during the ceremony, the Slayers appear and kidnap the princess, taking her to the Black Fortress where their leaders live. The Black Fortress has the ability to constantly teleport from one location to another, making it difficult to locate. 
Colwyn is called upon to find his bride and embarks on a perilous and uncertain journey to rescue Lyssa. During his quest, he encounters a wise hermit, a band of highwaymen, a wizard, and a cyclops. Together, the group sets out to free the princess and defeat the beast. But first, Colwyn must find the legendary Glaive, a magical five-pronged throwing weapon.The group must overcome many adventures before they finally find the fortress. 
When Liam was once asked," Do you have memories of filming or do you have any favorite from your early career?" He answered," Um, well, let me think. Yeah there was two or three movies. I mean ,I'm still very proud of being in "Excalibur", the John Boorman piece,  and "Krull" I had a lot of fun with Peter Yates,  God Rest Him. Peter passed away in January. He cast me then,  Peter cast me,  when I was in America in a film called "Suspect" with Cher and Dennis Quaid, which was a good little thriller actually. Anyway,  I was fond of Peter and I was really, really sad to hear of his passing away. "
" Let me think ", said Liam, and continued, " I guess, yeah , "Darkman" was a lot  of fun. Very ,very hard work because of wearing the prosthetic pieces every day,  which took three,  or four hours to put on."
I didn't want to take the text of the answer apart,  so I've reproduced the entire answer here.
In November 2023 , "Krull" was part of my series about Liam. Back then, it was just a short story I could share with the fans. That's because I couldn't find much information about the movie "Krull" . This time,  with a little patience and time, I was able to find out more.

Keegan in Krull 
Krull was filmed on 23 different sets at Pinewood Studios in London. The swamp through which the companions wade was recorded in one of the studios. The film was directed by Peter Yates and starred Robbie Coltrane alongside Liam. Two actors who were still unknown at the time and later become world stars. 
Liam portrayed Keegan in the movie. He is one of the bandits encountered in the mountain pass and one on Torquil's loyal followers and is lighthearted and jovial. He brings one of his girlfriends,  Merith,to the camp to cook food for the men. He fight bravely against the Slayers when the storm the Black Fortress, but is shot while saving Torquil .upon his death, he says to Merith," Faithful, is my middle name ".
